That seems very high, I have spoken with a person who manages property and they do key holding and other services a lot cheaper. Who has quoted such a high figure?

Hi we sold our apartment but due to the extra 7% tax plus 7% VAT Rushlciffe are demanding the sale cancelled. I have been offered a 2 bed 2 bath apartment 110sqm for 245,000 through an agent. We were selling our 2 bed 1 bath for 220,000

I have spoken to an owner who is has been waiting 1 year for a bank gtee from rushcliffe and also another who still has not been paid the rental money. We reserved our apartment 4 years ago! and still have no completion date. Every time we call we are told people are at lunch.
