To anyone wishing to view their Iberdola Factura(electic bill) online
Contact Iberdrola to obtain your contract number by email. Once this number is available it can be used to register for on line billing.
(If you have a copy of your original contract it will be there as (referencia contracto)
Once you have your reference number go to their website, click on English and follow the instructions.
Your 'user name' will come through in upper case and should be used in that format.
This information will take about 10 days to come through
Once you have obtained this information follow the instructions below
Go to Iberdrolas website
Click on English
Click on customers
Click on e billing
Enter 'usario' (upper case) and 'contrasena' (password)
Click 'entra'
Click 'contratos'
Click 'contract number' (ref. number)
Click 'facturas'
Click 'date required' (fecha factura)
This will bring up your bill in Adobe Acrobat
You can print it out or save it to disc etc
Please also note, the price of electricity has increased as from the 1st January
