I have had an apartment in Jardines 2 since last July. Not once have I been informed of any meetings taking place involving residents. I've written three emails to RPM complaining about the lack of pathway lighting in our garden and have not received a single reply. I pointed out that on my last visit about a month ago some 54 pathway lightrs were not working in Jardines 2!However, they did finally send me information on my community charge.

What exactly is going on? Shouldn't all owners be told about meetings and asked for their views? And shouldn't RPM - as the management company - at least reply to our emails?
