Jim and I recieved our keys on Tuesday afternoon, we worked hard getting our furniture and domestic goods delivered beofre we left on Friday. Believe it or not
but we had snow on Wednesday night and it rained through Thursday and Friday but this was good for us as we were busy doing the flat etc. I have posted some photos but they were taken in the rain and it limited our opportunity to go around the site.
As you will see the site has come on leaps and bounds from the previous photos posted and i believe the site will be finished on time. We were very fortunate to meet people on the site who were very friendly and it is quite obvious that all of us will gain from the experiences they have had. In respect to white goods etc for your property you will find it hard to get a better deal or service than at The Euronics store in Calasparra. We checked out various domestic appliancies stores in the Murcia region, including Carrafour and Eroski.Euronics turned out to be cheaper and they delivered and installed for free within 24 hours of the puchase.
Jim is going back out at the end of Feb to finish off the apartment and will obatin more photos on the progress of the site.
As mentioned earlier the weather is not great just now as winter started at the beginning of last week and is expected to last 4-5 weeks. It was cold so I would suggest that anyone going out in the next 4 weeks takes warmer clothing with then.
