Bandits spring to mind when you hear the name M%*. I find it amazing, about 5 weeks ago I wrote to the Chairman (a few times) about his Companies "tactless" sales calls and surprisingly ..... no reply. Strangely enough over the weekend, my landline and mobile have been ringing constantly ,  apparently I was lucky enough to be invited to go and discuss my losses with the Chairman, call me cynical if you like! They are a SALES COMPANY with only one thing on their mind ..... 

Reading threads on this forum, the meetings with the Chairman & Board with regard to trying to help ,seem to be as we anticipated, another sales scam from this company, how much lower can they actually stoop? We have lost enough money, why can't they leave us in peace!!

Hi there, we too have walked away from Portofino for the same reasons as listed below, if the developer would have knocked the 20,000 off the property instead of giving us a garage then  it may have been  different but we were not prepared to a) buy a property that was in such neg eqty and b) throw in a shed load of money , it was a no goer. It's sad walking away as we have all waited so long for these apartments to be completed but the numbers just don't add up.  
Anyway, there is light at the end of the tunnel ... send me a private message if you want me to share it with you!

Just thought i'd let you know about a fab Mortgage Advisor that we have been working with.
Sharon Wyndam sharon@tmasspain.com of The Mortgage Service Group has been a breath of fresh air, found us some good deals in a very difficult mortgage climate and more importantly found us deals that were suited to us and our needs.
Sharon always replied in a timely way to our emails, something that many do not and can be very frustrating when you are trying to get to grips with a fairly complicated situation remotely, she was open and honest enough to say when a better deal was available with someone else.
