I'm interested in buying 3 bed property in this development. Can someone tell me if the community fees are high and if there are any issues about this resort I should know?

Congratulations to all those who completed. The resort looks beautiful. If you need to furnish your apartment, I highly recommend a very nice furniture shop in Aguilas (not too far from Condado) called La Indiana Colonial. Roberto and Rocio the owners will be more than happy to assist you. You can either hand pick the pieces you like or go for a package, which are quite different from those I saw in various websites. They painted/furnished my apartment in Aguilas and I'm very happy with the result. Their prices are very competitive. For more information and pictures you can pm me.

I'm buying furniture for my apartment and I found a nice bed of 150cm/200cm (they don't have smaller) with 2 night tables. I'm not sure about the room size. Will this fit in the master bedroom?

Thank you all for these useful information. Mar Y Casas recommended me muebles montalban in Aguilas . They look good and not to expensive. I was offrered a furniture package for 2500 euros (only furniture though). I also contacted Rich at oasis properties and still waiting to hear from him regarding light fittings. Ikea would be great but the best option for me as I live in Kuwait is to have a company that does everything (delivery, installation...).
