That's an interesting development. We were hoping to get everything sorted by the end of this month but realistically it looks more like mid novemeber by the time the NIE numbers etc get sorted. Hoping to do some snagging in a couple of weeks.

Euribor +1% seems to be about as good as it gets at the minute. I'm looking at an option on the repo rate and if that doesn't work out then CAM will probably get the business. We havn't arranged any snagging but hope to return soon.

Our primary aim is for personal use with occasional letting. We''ll probably be over every other month. I believe whoever chairs the residents committee should be just that.... Reside permenantly and ideally speak good Spanish.
