If anybody is interested, my apartment in Calanova Grand Golf, Block 15, Ground Floor Front LIne is available for rent. (See RP2644 in the rentals section).

It is an ideal location for anyone who has bought off plan and wants to spend a week or so sorting things out or furnishing their own apartment.

It would be a big advantage to be actually on site for deliveries of furniture and snagging etc.

The apartment sleeps 4 has sky TV and has been furnished to a very high specification. The rental is £200 per week.

Hello my name is Jeff. I own 2 apartments in Calanova Grand Golf. Both ground floor, 1 in block 6 and 1 in block 15.  I am intending to sell the one in Block 6 or should I say give it away as soon as I can. I am going to advertise it in the property section as soon as possible so take a look. I would like to chat with any other owners to exchange information etc. I plan to go out to the apartments on 14th June for 2 weeks. If I can be of any assistance to other owners in any way while I am there, please let me know. I would also like to know what the community charges are if anyone knows yet.
This is the first time I have used a forum and I am not sure how to go on.
