Not sure what you mean by Rushcliffe demanding sale cancelled, does that mean we cannot sell on our apartment.  Has anyone sold an apartment yet?

We  are in the position that we no longer wish to purchase our apartment and due to Spanish Law if the contractors do not complete six months after the date on the contract we can cancel.  However, this is not an easy process and we have to take them to Court which could take over a year.  So we are looking at selling straight away and wonder if anyone out there has done this and what is the process.

I would really appreciate any comments

Which lawyers are you using, what are the costs involved, have they given you a time scale
