I own a property (apartment) in Duquesa Village Manilva, can someone please tell me when the Patronato De Recaudacion Provincial (Council Tax) will be due for payment this year, I have a DD setup but need to fund the account.

Thanks for the update and glad you did not experience the unpleasant smell. I believe the problem for us in esc. 64 is the apartment below us that is unoccupied and has a very bad smell.

Hi I guess our current issue, smell from unoccupied apartment below us could qualify as  a burning question and I wonder if other residents have experienced this. Anyhow AEA are advised and have contacted current owners but as yet no feedback. Meanwhile our short break has not been very pleasant and surely AEA could take some immediate action when it might  constitute a health hazard and this is caused by a smell coming from an apartment hopefully it is nothing more nasty than water traps that have run dry and sewage smell is building up in the apartment.
