We have been to Mar Menor 2 and there is a larger problem with the Penthouses. They ALL now have a terrace above them that belongs to the two bed penthouse adjacent to the penthouse. So they are now no longer penthouses. We have just returned from Polaris Offices where we have been expressing our displeasure. They have stated we have no grounds to object and they will not compensate us. We are busy talking to Lawyers who state that we do indeed have a case for

• Refund to to changes
• Refund due to the out of time clause
• Compensation  due to changes

is anyone else in this position and wishes to take legal action to reclaim your money. Let me know we will have more weight if there is a few of us.
