Just wanted to have a little moan about a well known company that provide furniture PACs for VILLAs. We thought that it would be so much easier ordering everything in the UK and having it all fitted before we arrived. However we couldnt have been more wrong!
Many items were missing - and still are 6 weeks on. The service has been apalling with many phone calls and e mails not being returned. To further infuriate me they have also lost a key that we gave them for the installation (at the time we didnt realise that Polaris kept a key for snagging!). Once again we are still waiting for new locks.
Also the pre installation survey was never done due to lost key and some of the furniure that had been ordered was too big and we had to cancel it - and have subsequently been told that we cannot have a refund!
I would not recommend this company to anybody and I am sure there are many others out there who have had similar problems.
Having said that I did find a fantastic furniture shop in Puerto de Mazarron called Muebles for Plumas - where we ordered a bed and it was delivered the very next day - which was even a bank holiday - very impressive! Would definately recommend this shop which even had an English woman working there so there was no language barrier, and she was so helpful.
