I am one of the unlucky people that bought a property at el pinet before it was built and then they went into administration. I received an email from San Jose this week stating that the administration situation will be sorted out soon and that they would be getting back to me with a proposal. Does anyone have any further information?

I am in the middle of taking San Jose to court for not completing my appartment in time at El Pinet. I have just been informed that  San Jose have now declared themselves bankrupt. I have been advised by my solicitor that I must stop my court case and apply to be a creditor as if I were to be awarded the case I would only have to go on the creditors list anyway. Can anyone verify that this is the correct action to take? Regards Jason

I signed up for an apartment in May 2004 at El Pinet and was told the apartment would be completed in September 2005 with a 3 month safety net taking the completion date to December 2005. San Jose, the builders, have stopped replying to my emails and refuse to give me my money back. Is there anyone in the same situation that I find myself in?
