The last time I was there (10 days ago) they had started work on the pool but not the surrounding area.

After reading comments from DH I residents it would appear that the Grass around the pool is a cause for concern, in so much that it seems difficult to employ anyone to maintain them well.

Does any one know what our pool surround will be Grass/ tiles or a mixture, and is it worth us deciding what we would prefere and appraoching the builder before work begins.
