Hi, we have also purchased an apartment in Marquesas IV, disapointed that it will not be ready until next year, but waiting for completion date.  We are on third floor.  We intend going out over xmas to have a look at the progress.  Did you get any information regarding bars, restaurants etc.?  best regards,  Janet & Ken Bennett

Has anyone got any updates on phase 4 yet, we were hoping September 2007.  I know the building is fully bricked now (waiting to be rendered and plastered) but do not have any finished dates yet?  Anyone else have any news?
