Hello all

I bought a villa February 2004. The contract expired (with the 6 months) March 06. My solicitor tells me to be patient as the arbitrator has managed to get 2 ??? lots of money returned. I have difficulty getting answers from my solicitor much less the builder.

I think the only answer from those like myself who have legally cancelled is a group law suit.

I have told my solicitor that I want interest on the money €90,000 from the cancellation date. He has not answered me. Interested to hear from others.
