Having stayed at Roda over the last few years i would love to purchase a property, the location is very good and the golf course is great, although expensive, but the build quality seems very poor, the exterior render finish is appalling, and the sound insulation is none existant, the movement cracks although not unusual, are made worse on some propertys, because they have been patched so badly , i have stayed on phase 1 & 2, i was wondering if the quality is better on later phases. also having spoke to residents over the last few years, no one seems convinced on the new airport at Corvera working because of the delay on the Paramount theme park project. the big airlines will not commit until they have assurances on the theme park, so will the airport just become another ghost town like some of the others in Spain . i know easyjet have released their flights for next year at the old airport .Some residents have told me they have still not got all the investment they were hoping for from China, and with this in mind the finish date of 2015 is pie in the sky, if a start date has'nt happened.
