Hi all,

Just reading about ClubRoda nights out.  Would be very interested in finding out more as this is the first time I have heard of it.  We are over frequently and would be nice to plan ahead.  How do we find out the itinery

We are also heading over for New Year. The Clubhouse usually has a 'do'  on New Years Eve. Last year we were emailed details of what was on. No email of this years events yet, probably too early yet.

The bar Timeout (on the main road heading to San Javier) has a New Years Eve do. They have a program of events throughout the year which they email out. Try contacting them or look on website www.timeoutsportsbar.es

Can't help about C'mas lunch. Maybe someone else out there can help.

Are you asking about the Collados nightclub? If so the advertising on the road up to Roda says July & August

Hi Hugh_man

Am I right in thinking that villa owners do not pay either Entidad or Community fees?  If not, could they not start paying and then their front gardens could be looked after and they could get armbands for their nearest pool  thus reducing the costs for everybody?

Also, since the developer is such a large debtor can he not be chased for this debt through the courts as ordinary owners would be or is there some sort of restrictions?

Would certainly help the coffers if they came good.
