Hello All

We have been following the news about this failed Spanish property venture for sometime now. We purchased our property for this developement through Ambasun and have cancelled our contracts with Herrada del Tollo through our solicitors Irwin Mitchell.

Is there anyone out there in a similiar position as us who are just waiting for the staged payments which should be paid back to us in stages as ordered by the court. Or has anyone who bought their property through Ambasun managed to get their money back through other legal action.

We paid our money into a Spanish Bank called Bancaja, I do not know if anyone has managed to get their money back from this bank.

It would be nice to hear from anyone in the same position as us as we feel as if nothing is happening , we do not hear from our solicitors as they have done what was required of them by cancelling our contracts and as creditors we were advised by them to wait the outcome.
