Do you know if any of these providers will set up a direct debit from a UK bank account. Endesa do not, not do they accept a Debit Card from the UK. I don't have a Spanish bank account and have to get someone to pay me then I pay them, not satisfactory at all

Do not use GV&A. They are very expensive for everything. Ask around for a quote before settling.

Also I furnished an apartment in Spain for €15,000 with the highest standard of furniture, not flat pack, 36" Sony Bravia, CD/DVD etc. Shop about on the internet and have a look at what's on offer. Way better than OVP's offering and way cheaper, they make at least €5,000 on each apartment.

Do not sign a rental agreement with OVP Travel, you will not get your money. IF you need any help with rental, furnishing, solicitors PM me.

I was out to view my apartment this weekend and was thrilled with it. I am not letting through Ocean View as it is for personal use, but overall there were very few snagging issues, the door to the bathroom 1 needs the latch adjusted and the door the the kitchen the same. Other than that it was all but perfect. Tiles were beautiful and the finish a whole lot better than my UK builder left my house!
