we recently had some dealings with the spanish legal system (who hasn;t??) and got some great help from a UK based Spanish solr named Alicia. She is fluent in English and was very helpful and not expensive and saved us a lot of hassle confusion and expense. If anyone needs some advice or help on any aspect of the the law  I am happy to pass on her details

regarding TV, it is up to the owners to sort out satellite. We used a guy called Bob (TV Bob) who fitted  the dish with 4 connections from it. This can then be shared between four apartments. The price per apartment is not not bad then. Bob's daughter is living in Novo Arcos in the top floor of block 2 overlooking the pool. She speaks fluent English and Spanish which is also helpful. I think her name is Maria. Bob is well recommended.

looks like the boys from Sunset and Luis Mendez are back in business as European Advisory Service(Reg'd Russia) offering help to people buying off plan throughout Europe, to avoid being get ripped off. Ironic ,however they should be well versed regarding this aspect of buying property I imagine.
