Is there a community president yet how do we get the utilities turned on is that through our lawyer

Has anybody been on site and seen inside the apartments as the feedback about the quality doesnt seem good.

Hello  Have just found this site we have just come back from spain we bought an apartment in block 3 and completed on it we bought it with maria in the office looking at the e-mails it seems some bought with other agents and regarding the garages we had to pay extra just for the legal fees for the garage but not to pay for it it was included in the cost.

We are wanting to sell but are worried that the whole site is filthy and rubbish and things about but we were told until the commitee has been set up nothing was getting done does anyone know if and when it will be cleaned up.
