Please let me explain,

Statement:1. 1500 euro rent, need 2k euro before open doors, must be mad? answer: why mad? mark up on beers is massive, even at only 50%  which is very very conservative in spain, you would only need to sell 100 bottles/pints/shots a day, in the season you would do that in an hour for about 8 hours every day, you do the math, in the off season obviously depending where you are (los Alcazares square) you would do that every day no problem.

2.Sort peoples tax. Thats what you do when you employ people.

4. Why Polaris have bars???? To make money, they obviously do. Even the Clover will make good money.
