I am very confused.

Pilar advises that we are automatically creditors and will find our names on list at Court, solicitor advises that we need a barrister to ensure our name is on list .......???

I want my house - and am therefore prepared to wait until built - so why do I need to pay a barrister to put my name on list?

Options:

1.wait till house built if administrators continue to trade - OK
2.wait till go bust and get 'something in the pound' as a creditor
3.pay barrister to ensure my name on list, then if house is built I have paid a barrister when not needed
4.pay barrister to ensure my name on list, then if go bust, get penny in pound or whatever and lose even more paying barrister

I refer to Kayem's post dated 24th wherein he states that Noelia says permissions granted as result of meeting held on 21st December.

I have just received an e-mail from Pilar that states that meeting did not take place!

More negatives - but I'm hanging in there !
