Hi there

Thanks for the replies. I have now manged to track down the keys to our apartment - only took a week. Adelina, Hogar Sur's representative has access to them. It took a while as she is only on site Monday to Thursday 9.00 till 1.00pm, there was a bank holiday Monday and she only understands a little english but we eventually managed to correspond via email - this way she has time to  translate messages. Furniture delivery now all arranged.

Hi there

Just wonder if anyone out there can help. On Monday we are having a delivery but are not able to be there ourselves. When floris was there he had a spare key to our appartment in their office. I have exchanged a few emails with Alhambra Holdings but finding it difficult to get them to confirm they have access to these keys. Does anyone know what has happened to these keys?

Hi Lyndsey

Apartments do vary slightly and you will find that there are support pillars in different places in different apartements

I think if my memory serves me well that we emailed Denbigh/Floris at Terrazas and asked for a room plan with measurements and he emailed us a plan of our apartment. This plan gave the room dimensions and not just the sq.metreage. We are having furniture installed next week and will let you know if there are any problems with the measurements.

Just been catching up on the messages sent over the last few days. Not been on as we have been busy arranging signing and insallation of furniture - all been a bit hectic but all sorted now.

We are going out on 27 May for a couple of weeks so can be available in mojacar if needed eg. arrange for a survey if this is needed.
