Just reading the comments about making payments. Don´t worry if you are late in paying, just let them know and they are happy. One thing I would say is NEVER; NEVER pay money to an agent but send it to the developer direct or via your solicitor. At least your money is covered by a bank guarantee whereas if you send it to the agent and they go bust overnight then you lose your money!!. Don´t think it won´t happen, this happened a coulel of years ago in Torrevieja with "Oasis" property company and a lot of people lost a lot of money
