I spoke to San Jose and can confirm the 3 bed semi-detatched "Malva" is exclusive to the investment company. They are to be built by San Jose to the same standard and specification as their other designs and will be complete end 2008.

I will be taking an inspection visit on the 21st of Oct and will post my pictures on www.santaanadelmonte.co.uk  and comments on the message board.

With the new Corvera airport scheduled for mid 2008, the improved infrastructure (new rail link between Murcia and Madrid), the two golf course, hotel, equestrian centre etc etc and the holistic approach to the development it must be worth a "flutter". Sorry to sound like a Salesman but I've been looking for such a development for some time and this fits the bill.

I believe that San Jose are building the properties for them and are exclusive to Smart Investor Services ?

I am told that the Malva 3 bed semi-detatched properties at Santa Ana del Monte Golf Jumilla are exclusive to Smart Investor Services and are not for sale to the general public !!

I will be visiting the site on an inspection visit with Smart Investor Services in 2 weeks. I will feedback my experience.

Hi, I have been approached to invest in the above development by Smart Investor Services. They are offering "The Malva" a 3 bed semi detached villa at 153 000 euros off plan for 2 years.

Is anyone aware of this company ? I see that they are not on the official web site ?
