Hi

We own at Jardines and spent three great weeks there over the summer. The electricity contract is sorted, the pools (apart from the indoor one) are up and running and the site is looking great thanks to our gardener and his team.

The community are looking at imposing some rules at the moment to maintain standards at the site but at the moment there is no management company in place for those wishing to let their properties.

The community charge is approx 450 euros a quarter at the moment.
