I too have had a bad time with them. The Sales Manager did mange to sort things eventually but I am still waiting for a couple of issues to be sorted.
Had no idea about the Spain office closing or the Sales Manager moving on until 30 seconds ago!

I'm afraid it's the same on La Torre and all the other resorts. You are not permitted on the buggy paths unless you are playing.

Are you aware how the pools are doing either side of block 18 on Adriatico (down the side road off the road from the new gatehouse to the aold Hacienda)?
