Hi All,     

My name is Richard Horsfall and I've only just found this forum by chance. I've found the comments on the delays etc. very interesting, a lot of them echoing how I feel.

I have reserved an apartment in Block 3, (phase 4), which as you know was due for completion in October 2008. As the period of grace expired at the end of January 2009, I have asked Lawyers of Spain to get my contract cancelled and retrieve my deposit and they seem to be taking this onboard. However, some of the comment regarding the relationship between LoS, ADH and Promaga has me a little concerned.

Incidentally, I have also had a call from Promaga last week, offering me the builder’s mortgage at a very favourable rate. When I asked what the rate was the lady didn't really know, but I think she guessed it at about 2.8%. I was also told that the apartment was finished.

I  have decided go and have a look for myself next month and I will post my findings all to see. Perhaps with photos if I can see how to upload them.
