Morning all!

Got back from spain last night and went straight back to work after the fabulous easter weather, NOT! Managed about 5 hours of sunbathing in 12 days, good hey?!

I am just writing to let anybody know who is going over soon that there is a locally made program on ITV between 6 and 7 pm most days that is currently featuring Jumilla and our houses. The presenters are terrible but the episode last week was about the festival in August and it looked huge! They showed the Azucena showhouse and were speaking to builders etc, it was obviously filmed last year as they said people would be moving in in March 2007!

The same show comes on a couple of times a week, in case you missed it, and it doesn't seem to have an exact air time so you have to flick over between these times and maybe you will catch some of it that is of interest! It does show other places of interest etc and gives advise on certain things so worth having a look at if you are over.

Got a call from my parents today after their visit to Jumilla. Firstly they couldn't believe the difference in the last 4 weeks. They were shown our 2 properties which are well on the way (Azucena 295 + 296 in R4) They were shown round by Ziggy's son I think, and they asked him how soon in to next year he thought they would be ready. His reply was that they were looking at having our house ready by September, 2007! (Our original completion date was March 2007) He said that letters should be going out next week with revised completion dates but currently they think that they are 5/6 months behind. Obviously we have been told wrong information before, but I thought that I would share this bit of news with you all and keep fingers crossed as per usual!

Asked Pilar where combi boiler was going and she has informed me that it is going on the roof where the boiler currently is. I find this a bit strange but handy as it would have taken a lot of space up in the kitchen. Just letting you all know in case you were wondering yourselves!
