We have just got home from a 4 day visit & the new bar is up and running.  The food is excellent, the beer is excellent & the staff are excellent. The place is run by Alan & his wife Tanya(Ukrainian) who are very good hosts.  I'm sad to say we won't be back for a while because of WORK  but hope to be back as soon as possible.  Missing the place already.

The break-ins have all been top floor apartments, but one, which was a top corner plot.  The police patrol the area several times a day.  My wife & I both felt safe at night.  We all have just to make sure we have grills up.  The more people who move in perminently should ensure more safety.

The English bar is almost complete.The land opposite Phase 3 is to be a lorry park.  Its now all smoothed out ready to fence off. We arrived home on Sat 28th.
