We had the same problem ,after investigation we found the biggest problem was the vents on the jacuzzi bath .they were letting in nearly all the smokers smells ,we were able to cover in cling film and put paper in the vents . It did make a vast improvement. We have since removed bath and made wet room which has got rid of bad odours.

I agree we have just returned from the village , and yes it is looking really good. The cherry picker at the top of the hill has been most beneficial and the painters are really cracking on with block7 etc , at a good pace.

There is also lots of prospective buyers around the area.

The only pool that should be locked is the large one at the bottom of the hill , if the others are I would suggest you contact the  AEA  office  in the port  .

I feel we are doing the painters a very grave injustice . They arrive on time 8.00am and leave agt 15.30pm . They do stop for an occasional ciggie but apart from that \i have watched  them working very hard. They wear white tee shirts as do the chaps working with Paco who are doing the filling prior to painting. The gardeners wear grey shirts and I have never seen them doing anything to help in the painting  which may I say is looking very good.
