I have paid deposits amounting to 40% of the purchase price for a property on Terrezas reserved in 2007. I have heard nothing official from Polaris in this time re building works but alot of the blogs indicate my phase will be ready early next year.

My contract states that polaris have 18 months from building work starting but it is not clear if this is from the start of phase 1 which was 2008 or for different phases.

I have received no bank guarentees and with the dire exchange rate and a change in personal circumstances am very concerned that i will not be able to get the funds for the 60% owed  if my property suddenly becomes ready.

Having read the posts on this thread I am not sure if i would have a legal case  or if I could fight as I have no bank guarentees and was verbally promosed a property ready at the end of 2008.

Has anyone recently launched a legal case or do you think I have  left it too late, or have insufficient grounds? Can anyone offer any advice on my plight?
