Hi, we just read your email and thought that you might want a little bit of encouraging feedback. like you we paid san jose a large deposit in jan 2005 and have not been given a bank gaurantee which is worrying enough for anyone, but the good news is that we contacted martin from abolix and he has sent us an encouraging email stating that as our completion date is well past the time and  we still have a very good claim against san jose we our emailing him a copy of our contract and have asked his company to act for us on the claim. abolix have posted on this site so you should have no problem in contacting him. We ere going to Spain on monday and if there is any new developements we shall keep you informed, they say that patience is a virtue but after three and a half years it dosnt half get trying  good luck keep us informed as you go along.
