Hi everyone have just returned today 25th.
Had a meeting with Pilar yesterday and i raised the following points.
a. Large cracks in block 3 4 5 Photos if you sent me your e-mail. It looks like they are trying to strengthen the main frames with steel supports. Pilar is going to talk to developers
b. Electricity will be connected to 1-5 blocks on the 14th Feb which will include lifts etc.
c. No a/c connected in any apartment. This has to be done by someone and the people in the top apartment have waited 1 month. Pilar has contacts.
d. No garbage collection being done. This will also be investigated.
e. Sat dishes still not up but should be shortly. Which sat no one seems to know. Some people have already fitted their own.
On the upside, the gardens and pool areas are being maintained by gardeners.
Security is very poor. We have replaced both door locks and fitted securing bolts to all window and door frames by a locksmith (Brian good guy does a good job) i have his number if required he also does all types of maintenance. E-mail me. Check all keys are escurra if not you have replicas and you should have 5 front door.
I have stated before that i think Calanova is a great thing and it might need a couple of years to mature. As you drive up it still feels like a building site which might not help rentals at the moment. If anyone has any requirements e-mail me gordon@riddell048.fsnet.co.uk.
