Hi,  My name is Helen Newport and I have bought no. 10 at Vivihabis II.  I also have been waiting nearly three years.  I understand that the habitation licence is not yet granted and I am very frustrated because I have ordered all my furniture which is waiting to be installed along with spotlights etc.  I am going down on Monday 15th and back Friday 20 and I hope to shake things up a bit.
