Hi all

I am owed a large sum (€50,000) of money from a deposit paid on an apartment on a failed off plan development. The builder is offering me an allowance of that sum off another key ready apartment in the St Javier/Murcia area. Problem is, i have already purchased another property and cannot afford to borrow the balance required by the builder on a second property that i dont require.

If there is anyone out there interested in buying a key ready apartment i am prepared to offer you my allowance off the purchase price at a 25% discount.

All transactions would be carried out through a firm of lawyers in Spain.

This is a genuine offer and we are desperate to recover as much as possible of our deposit.

So if you planning to spend say €120,000 on an apartment you could get around €12,000 back

Looks like October may be a good month for a small get together. Miriam and i are going over on Saturday 20th October and returning to Dublin on Wednesday 24th. If either of you are there the vino is on me.

Hi Guys

Everybody seems to be down over the past couple of days, and i include myself with the changes to the pool area. Lets all cheer up a little if we can, its like reading the deaths column when i open up the forum. There has been a lot of progress on the site since Christmas we all agree, and we are all going out there at some stage during the next couple of months. I am sure there will be a lot more to see than previously. We are all looking at Dec07 and onwards for completion and even then phase 2 will be starting so the place will resemble a building site for some time.

When we go out lets ask Sonia and Elena for planned completion stages over the coming months. By end of Feb = Showhouses, by end of April = ? by end of June = ?? then we will be in a better position to discuss issues arising.

It has been extremely difficult for us all especially those of you who purchased in 2005 and my heart goes out to you. But lets hang in there together as a group.

We will be near neighbours at AZ21. We too have been informed that work on the apartments/Town Houses will commence as soon as the showhouses are completed. Our completion date was Dec07 and i am allowing another 3 months or so at least for completion. I have been studying the photos that Val took of the revised pool area in the office and have calculated that the pool itself will be located immediately in front of the show houses. I am disappointed that the builders have decided to change the pool area but i will wait and review the full extent of the changes. As long as the "village area" remains in the plans i will be happy. What is your completion date and how do you feel about the changes
