Hi

We have a property on phase one on Residencial Olivia and have recently been sent an email saying that we were due to pay our wealth tax by 31st December 2006 - Can anyone confirm if these payments are due seeing as these are new builds, if so, can you let us know what you did?

Also has the community charge been set up yet?

Has the pool been started ?

Lastly, we want to change our bank account but do not know how to go about this as we gave the developers our details of our current bank account for electricity and water payments, if we change we want to make sure that we have set the right motions in place for any bills.
