The last quote i heard from the aforementioned was that he was going to paint but it would soon get dirty. Does the same criteria apply to batheing.

After a long spell of lovely weather,it rained all yesterday. This showed the unrendered & unpainted walls in an even more unflattering light.However it is sunny again today."Hello Mudder, Hello Fadder!!" Hi. Had a lovely dinner on Saturday at Sylvia Borrill.Her other guests from H N.had heard that the Lady  Mayor from Los Gallardos had said that B.M.S.would not be building the Commercial Centre & proposed a park area as an alternative.

Called in at B.M. S. today to ask the question.This was after seeing the new Huerta Nueva site by B.M.S.online , where a completely new advert shows 4 views of the new plans for the Com Centre.Meite(dont know how to spell it),the other young lady in there ,confirmed that these were the new plans, &that they were still waiting for legal paperwork  with permission to start .She said this could take between 2 & 9 months to arrive .At least it,s still a goer.

Bad news is that she confimed what Marinasol said that Bartolemy insists he will not paint the walls & will not plaster the concrete.Adecision needs to be made by the whole Community on how to proceed.Perhaps as many owners as possible can offer their opinions.

Hi Judy & i would like to send all our best wishes for Xmas & New Year .

With all the trees planted & rocks laid, &the channel from the roadside finished, the lake looks ready to have the pump started.

There a lot of activity to get all the urbanisationson H.N. ( incLos O )together, to pressure B.M.S.& Los Gallardos to finish all the work & start the Commercial Centre.

Spoke to a man on Bedar Village Council who have access to plans passed by Junta of Andulucia,which has given planning permission to build on all the land between Garrucha & Los Gallardos --30% housing,30%hotels & restaurants--some? industrial including a Yesso factory between Turre & Alfaix. This rides roughshod over an E.U. directive

Also  the site for the station for the highspeed train is on the Vera / Bouganvillea road, with the line continuing north of Turre past the bowling club & herb field, crossing the M .way lower down.

To those who asked about Harry, he is happy & lively after his op., but the prognosis is not too good but we keep our minds on the optmistic side of the forecast.

Hi .A landline at last & now Broadband.We had avery pleasant meal--thanks to Sylvia & Linda for organising it. Dave & Maura had to leave early to catch their plane , asdid Judy & i to take Harry to the vets for an overnight operation. Unfortunately on returning home Neil & Chris had been burgled &lost a lot of valuable & preciousthings   --my heart went out to them to see such natural distress.

To try to put a better light on Los O ,the trees which have been planted will definitely enhance the area.& the lake s now being filled.

Thanks for the best wishes for my pace maker & Judy,s experience with her knee,we both are now very impressed with Spanish hospitals ,private & National Health. Also a great " thankyou "  to our friends & neighbours who have been so kind & thoughtful when we needed it---he joys of " Anno Domini ".

Will be more positive another time.
