I have a friend who may be interested in investing in a villa in SADM. He wants to know what the penalties are if he paid the inital deposits but then needed to back out. He is torn between SADM and Bulgaria - apparantly in the Bulgarian investment, he would get back his original investment amount , less 15%.

Hi everyone

I put a deposit down on a Tulipan apartment about 15 months ago. It had an estimated completion date of Jan 2008, although judging by other msgs on the board this could well be optimistic! I'm fairly new to off-plan invesment in spain.

Once I've sorted a mortgage and take full ownership I would like to move quickly to rent the place out.

What is the expected weekly rental on one of these apartments? Based on current development timeline, when do you think I may be in a position to start renting it out?
