Good luck to all of you who have signed up for a property on the Valle de Enix developement. I myself have purchased a property on the El Rey developement in Enix which has just been completed. As always in spain it took a lot longer for the houses to be built than originally stated!

If anyone is interested in renting my 3 bed end terrace whilst waiting for your own properties to be completed please get in touch. I am prepared to rent it out at below market rate for the right tennent. I can be totally flexible with dates as I am aware of how difficult it is to know exactly how long you will need to rent for.
