I bought  Apartment 612. I checked my contract and it says total build interior :94,30 M2 - Total Build Terrace : 21,95 M2 - total of 116,25M2.

The only way to make sure is to check your contract.

I have just completed the Snag list for apartment 612 - in fairness the finish overall is excellent with only a few small issues for improvement.

Afterwards I compared  what I saw with the specification list that I was given on signing the contract and there are 3 items missing that were on the specification

 

• Security hinge for the front door - no security hinge
• Mirrors for the bathrooms - no mirrors
• Preinstalled alarm system - the system is wired but no hardware in place

Has anybody raised these issues before this?

I am waiting to complete on Block 612  but there seems to be no hurry from the Developer's side. Do you have any update on Block 6 -Thanks

Hi

The €174 fee( includes VAT) is for someone from your lawyers office to be present when the Sevellian Technitian comes to install your electricity, otherwise you would have to be available yourself in order to let him in.

In relation to the €180 fee it is for the community of owners setup fees - everyone pays this.

I have been quoted anything from €400 to €800 to complete a snag list. Does anyone know of someone cheaper they can recommend. Any help would be appreciated.
