Hi Jacqui,

Thanks for the information regarding the dogs, We are building a new home (part time) in a place called El Saltador about 25km from your family , we hope to be ready about May 2009 . I will be travelling from Scotland so it will be quite a trip for the dogs the are both poms Roxy & Marco jaust about a year old .

I,ll keep you posted and let you now how we get on.

I made a mistake getting involved with this company and was fooled into giving them a five figure amount deposit for a villa  in Albox . All the papers they showed were false and after a couple of years they will not speak to me or replay to our mail.

So if there are more people with my proplem lets get togrther and get our money back and all your houses made legal.

You may be baised indeed, but as you may or not be aware El Saltador is only 16Km north from Mojacar Playa it has the new hospital , thertre, sports complex  and lots more.

So were ever you lay your hat thats your home, and you will find El Saltador has few Brits and is real Spain.

So enjoy.

Hi Jed and family

I am at presant having a small Tapas Bar  build in a place called El Saltador , its small hamlet some 20 mins from the sea and only 2 mins from the town of Huercal Overa, Almeria. There is a company called Quantum Villas they are very good , but I would advice you to stay clear of Clover Estates theres a lot of bad reports about them from Albox.

El Saltador is only 3mis from the motovia (moterway) and only 15mins from the toll express way .You can be in Murcia airport in less than an hour or Alicante or  takes about 2hrs .

Fantastic place to stay sun bath one day skiing at Granada in about 2hrs from El Saltador Happy days

Best of luck and who nows maybe have a beer .
