Hello there, does anyone by any chance have the bank details to transfer the funds into for the IBIV and Basura. We are not coming out to Spain this Easter so are having to transfer the money direct , Brenda kindly gave me the bank details but the bank have advised me it is missing a couple of digits, it starts with ES and then 22 numbers

Hi there

We used a chap who lived in Alhourin (think thats how you spell it!) but i just can't remember his name at the mo, think it may have been Tony, his number is in our spanish mobile at the mo which is currently uncharged!!!

Anyway we were recommended to him by Tammy who may be able to give you his number, he looks a bit rough and ready but is a great guy and will do a deal depending on how busy he is!

We are coming over on the 19th July for 2 weeks so call by and we can give you his number if you haven't got it by then - A-01 Muirfield

And if you or anyone needs anyone to manage or let their apartment for them Jeannie does a fantastic job, i'm sure everyone will agree that she has been fantastic keeping us all updated on the progress on the development to date and fully understand why she wants to take a back seat now, she will be missed but i'm sure we'll all see her popping in from time to time to check on her ever expandind property portfolio. Her letting and management service is both professional and efficient so if you're looking for a management and or letting service Jean is your lady!    .

 and feel free to pop by and introduce yourselves when we're over!

can't wait to get over there and get away from this awful British weather, lashing it down for the last 2 weeks with no sign on any improvement (reminds me of Spain at Easter!!)

Just to let you all know we completed on our place A-01 Muirfield  on 14th March and are flying out 31st march for our first holiday. Our parents have been busy cleaning as the place was filthy, fag ash all over floor, bird poo and feathers all over the lounge and to top it all someone had been to the toilet and not flushed it!!!! - gross!!!! So if you haven't completed or are going out there soon beware, you'll probably need to spend a couple of days cleaning first!!

Can't wait to meet everyone, sounds like a great community so feel free to pop up to say hello and enjoy a glass of Rioja (or 2 or 3..............!)

And a big thanks to Jean for all her updates, at least we have been able to keep up to date with whats happening out there (husband stressing already over lack of satellite system or should i say sky sports!!!)
