Hi all

We pulled out in May, but we had only paid the holding deposit. If you have signed a contract i don't know how you would stand.

After visiting, we decided, although very nice ( landscaping done and furniture in) There were many issues we weren't happy about, including many advertised incentives that were not as advertised.

It took until two weeks ago though to get our money back, and only after i contact the owner of the company direct. The main office really gave us the run around, using every trick in the book.

Don't do this forum much, so that why haven't replied.

We've pulled out, a shame but i think a good descision.  I think the license is still an issue and the lack of said facilities is one of the many reasons we pulled out.

Has anyone fallen foul of this issue with parking spaces for Vistal mar sur.  They are now up for choosing and the minimum sizes available seem to be approx 15sq mt as opposed to the 9.9sqm in the contract.  All extra meterage has to be paid for.

I have heard through the grapevine they are now not looking to finish till Aug/Sept at the earliest. And thats without the Habitation license.
So much for being in for April !!

Hi all just found this site, we went to Manilva in Sept to visit and to see how it was coming on. The existing pics i know are from around the same time, but thought i'd add a few more.
The pool area around the apartments was finished, short of water in the pool and the houses were all but finished and just need touching up and landscaping.

Has anybody any more pics or recent news on any aspect of Duquesa hills?
