Let’s be honest here, many people did use solicitors and when things went wrong they did not accept any  responsibility as they were part of a system that did not protect the client.

 

I do not think any legal person had a case against them won in the court or if their association did  take any action against any legal firm for being part of a system that was stacked against the purchaser.

 

How they can introduce a law that offers less protection than the one they tried to hide away and the judges tried to protect the builders and banks.

 

It was the work of one English purchaser to find the law in the first place …………a law that no Spanish solicitor could find and even still the courts and banks use every avenue against the client getting their money back.

Hi

 

Can anyone tell me how long should it take for court to release money.

The court are holding my money after an appeal was won and costs awarded

against the bank.

finding it hard to get information from my lawyer who says it can take months.

In your experience how long should it take court to release money after an appeal.

 

I know courts are slow in Spain but delays do not seem fair.

That was not too bad any sign of interest and costs.

Did the bank not paid the court the money after the first sentence and the 

money is held by the court. Why do the courts hold the money which is not theirs.

Anyway I am still grumpy till more people get money returned.

i think costs and interest if awarded can take year.

seems a complete abuse that they hold money after it is paid to them.

 

shoukd it take weeks ,months or years!

hopefull will change my name when I get the money !
