Hi all, Thanks for all your messages I will be on site to start signing mid feb, at which time I will speak to most of you personally as it is very difficult to decide who would be best suited to our requirements on the internet, however I have made a mental note of who I would like to speak to and who not from some of the not so very sneaky advertising on this web site. I will be very easy to spot as I am a very large chappy (not fat) and my car is bright yellow.

Does anybody know a reliable key holder etc also a qualified gardener, I will have four properties which will be rented out so I will need someone experienced and reliable to look after them for me, All the properties will be the Albatros type with large gardens two with pools which would also need cleaning on a regular basis. I am not looking for anyone who just thinks they can do it but someone who CAN do it. As these will be rentals it is important I get the right people, proof of ability will be required so no flyby nights.
