It's now probably time to start a form of collective action against OVP as the main agents for the Manilva Phase 1 and 2 projects. Will need to review the legality of the contract and seek advice accordingly, but much better to do this as a group rather than in all working in isolation so as to gain some momentum in seeing this project completed. It will be 4 years this summer since 'off-plan' selling was introduced by OVP @ Manilva and as such, there would appear to be a case of misrepresentation as the initial sales pitch was based on an 18 month lead-time, failing that, there is almost certainly a case for contract annulment as the timeframe is simply beyond what would be deemed reasonable for any delay in completion.
