Hi Thea i thought i would answer your message rather quickly then you know that we are reguarly checking our forum.The apartments have not had there final clean but i can say that our apartment is cleaner inside than last time??? if this is any help,anyway im sure you will agree that however clean they get them im sure we will all still give them another go over when we take delivery

Hi everyone just got back from spain last night (2nd May) left the rain behind in malaga. You will all be glad to know that the pool has been filled and grass layed .I had a good chat and can tell you all that Raquel is going to be president of the community which i think she will fit the position perfectly . I told her about our little forum and when i mentiond Thea and tim she told me that she was going to be neighbours with tim and close to Thea as they are all in the same E block ( i feel left out now seeing as we will be in B block ) Ha Ha Ha .Anyway i can inform you that the first family to move in are English and reside below Raquels apartment they moved in a week or so ago ,Raquel reliably informs me that although they havent actually got the licence of first occupation it is now just a formality as the Ayuntiemento came out and passed the complex i hope this will bring you all up to date.Any questions your welcome to contact me
